Dean Shultis | Co-Founder
Dean Shultis brings an unparalleled level of discipline and mission-focused leadership to
DSRS Development. A retired United States Army Colonel with over 30 years of service,
Dean’s military career was defined by managing high-stakes operations and leading large
scale teams in complex environments where failure was not an option. This foundation of
integrity and precision serves as the backbone of his approach to real estate development.
Following his military retirement, Dean successfully transitioned into the private sector,
serving in senior executive roles within government contracting, commercial medical
services, and emergency management. As a strategic advisor and operator, he became
known for his ability to scale organizations and drive significant revenue growth through
operational e iciency.
As a Co-Founder of DSRS Development, Dean now translates decades of executive
leadership into the built environment. He has been instrumental in launching a cold
formed steel manufacturing company and spearheading diverse commercial and
residential projects. By combining his “boots on the ground” military philosophy with
sophisticated private-sector strategy, Dean ensures that every DSRS project is executed
with the discipline, scalability, and high-quality standards that partners and landowners
expect.

Ralph Sharp | Co-Founder
Ralph Sharp brings a dynamic blend of high-level intelligence strategy and proven
entrepreneurial success to DSRS Development. His career began with a decade of service
in the United States Army, where he served as an enlisted signals intelligence specialist
and an Intelligence Officer. This background forged a leadership style rooted in strategic
vision and the ability to navigate high-stakes, complex environments with precision.
Following his military service, Ralph transitioned into the financial sector, serving as a
Registered Investment Advisor and General Securities Principal. This experience provided
him with a sophisticated understanding of capital markets and investment analysis.
For the past 20 years Ralph has channeled his strategic and financial expertise into the real
estate sector, successfully launching a residential and commercial construction
enterprise. Under his leadership, the firm evolved into a market leader in Central Texas.
Now, as a Co-Founder of DSRS Development, Ralph integrates his financial acumen with
construction and development. His focus is on driving the strategic vision of DSRS,
ensuring every project is backed by rigorous analysis and a steadfast commitment to
excellence.
